Sales Engineer Houston, TX - COMBUSTION
Job Description
Fives North American, a leading supplier of combustion systems and furnace retrofits, is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Houston, TX office. Position is located in Katy, TX. It is a sales position with extensive customer contact and application selling.
Job Responsibilities
- The Sales Engineer will have overall responsibility for account management, solution specification, and sales of combustion systems and furnace upgrades across a wide variety of industrial markets and customers in their territory.
- Territory expansion is expected with professional development
Job Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering or Technical undergraduate degree required
- Five+ years overall industrial experience a plus. Two+ years experience in industrial capital equipment sales a plus
- Engineered solution and consultative selling to process-oriented industrial customers
- Demonstrated record of increasing profitable sales in a territory
- Excellent selling, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Self-directed and able to work independently with up to 50% travel in their territory
