Sales Trainee GUIDING
Job Description
- Fives North american Combustion, Inc., a leading global supplier of strip and web guiding systems, is seeking an individual to prepare for a future technical sales engineer position in the U.S. The position will ultimately have overall responsibility for the design and sales of guiding systems and solutions across a wide variety of markets and customers in a defined territory.
- The candidate will go through a defined rotational training program at Fives North American's Cleveland, Ohio facility, spanning work time in Inside Sales, Manufacturing, Project Engineering, field work with the Service team in start-ups/maintenance contracts, field activities with salesman, and classroom work. The program, depending on the individual, will span 12 to 18 months, after which the individual will be relocated to a full sales position.
Job Requirements
- BS Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering degree
- Two-years of industrial work experience
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, driven, self-directed
- Travel up to 30%
Starting salary commensurate with experience and includes a competitive benefit package including a 401K plan.
